
San Francisco hot yoga is given this nickname due to the fact that the room is at a temperature of 105 degrees Fahrenheit. As you can imagine, you will sweat profusely at this very high temperature while you are performing yoga. It is believed that this high temperature is very good for you. By keeping the temperature this high your muscles will become warm very fast. When your muscles are warm, it is much less likely that you will cause an injury to your muscles. Your muscles will flow easier when you stretch them and you will be able to stretch even further than if you were in a room at a "normal" temperature.
When the mind and body are in harmonization together. It creates a much heightened sense of self-awareness. This self-awareness can follow you in daily life and not just on the yoga mat. It will help you to be positive in everything you do. This means making positive diet and lifestyle choices as well as living life in a pilates memphis positive way.
